The impact of the human resources evaluation system on skills development

Nowadays, most professionals around the world believe that the wealth of an organization resides in the quality of its Human Resources, the management of which is a major challenge. Whether it is a recruitment policy, career management or the choice of beneficiaries of training or promotion, all human resources managers face a sensitive interrogation, which is, how relevant are the methods of assessment they employ to evaluate employees. The objective of this work is to emphasize the relevance and the criteria for choosing the method of evaluating human resources in the organization and to highlight their recognition in the workplace.
